The Frontline Heroes Office was established, under federal decree (95) in 2020, from a commitment to honour and appreciate the individuals who stand at the very forefront of our nation’s resilience. Our purpose is to honour and appreciate heroes at the forefront of response efforts during emergencies and crises – those who display exceptional dedication in the face of challenges. We aim to highlight their contributions and foster a sense of pride and esteem for the sacrifices they make We work to build bridges of community support by creating initiatives and programmes that highlight the importance of their role and encourage society to recognise their efforts. We are committed to following up on the needs of these heroes and providing the necessary support, whether on a professional or personal level, to improve their quality of life and enhance their ability to continue performing their noble duties
